C40 - Oho mitã'i, jagua ha ju'i, pé[v]a (señalando la rana) osẽ la iváldegui, la mitã'i oho ha jagua oma'ẽ hapére ha la mitã'i ne'ĩrã oma'ẽ la iju'i moõpa oho; la tortúga oma'ẽ la vichíto, la ju'i opo ha la jagua oma'ẽ la mitã'íre, ju'i ojapo chupe adio ha oho. Uperire oma'ẽ la flor-re, la mariposa ha o[gue]nohẽ la ikũ ha ho'u la vichíto.

Iban un niño, un perro y una rana y ésta (señalando la rana) salió de su balde, el niño se fue y el perro estaba mirando su camino y el niño aún no miró dónde se fue la rana; el perro miraba al niño y la tortuga miraba a la rana, la rana les hizo adiós y se fue. Después miró las flores, la mariposa y sacó la lengua y comió el bichito.

A boy, a dog, and a frog were going and this one [pointing at the frog] left its bucket, the boy and the dog were looking at the road and the boy still didn't see where the frog went; the dog was looking at the boy and turtle was looking at the frog, the frog said goodbye and went off. Then it watched the flowers, the butterflies, and pulled out its tongue and ate the little bug.
