Uperire ju'i oho ha ohecha vichíto'i ha ojagarrama katu ikũme; oĩ a[ve]i flores. Ha'e, [refiriéndose a la rana] oistira ikũ ha ho'u peteĩ vichito'i ha ho'a; ojopi chupe káva la ikũme.
La rana traviesa iba con el niño y también iba el perro. Y después la rana saltó y la tortuga se quedó ahí donde estaba, en el balde. Luego la rana fué y vió unos bichitos y ya agarró sique con su lengua; había también flores. Ella, (refiriéndose a la rana) estiró su lengua y comió un bichito y se cayó; le picó una avispa en su lengua.
The mischievous frog went with the boy and also the dog. And then the frog jumped out and the turtle stayed where it was, in the bucket. Then the frog went and saw some bugs and caught [one] with its tongue; there were flowers too. It [referring to the frog] stuck out its tongue and ate a bug and fell over; a wasp bit it on the tongue.

Después la rana les miró a la señora y al señor que iban a comer, entró al canasto de la señora y luego ella [señalando en la escena a la señora] metió la mano y había sido la rana estaba ahí. Salió por su mano y se asustaron, esa señora y ese hombre también. Esa mujer le tiró a la rana con su taza.
Then the frog looked at the woman and the man who were going to eat, it went into the woman's basket and then she [indicating the woman in the scene] stuck in her hand and it turns out that the frog was there. It came out on her hand and they were scared, the woman and the man too. The woman threw her cup at the frog.

La rana fue a mirar al niño que tenía un barco en el agua y en un banco estaba su madre. La rana se lanzó al barco y éste se hundió. El niño se asustó y vino su madre a sacar el barquito del agua. La rana le miraba. La rana salió del agua y vio una señora que tenía un bebé pequeño y un gato.
The frog went to see the boy that had a boat in the water and his mother was [sitting] on a bench. The frog jumped onto the boat and it sank. The boy was scared and his mother came to take the toy boat out of the water. The frog watched her. The frog left the water and saw a woman that had a little baby and a cat.

Y le estaba meciendo al bebé en su carrito y la rana saltó al carrito y la señora miraba su libro, no vio que la rana había saltado al carrito de su hijo. She was rocking the baby in its carriage and the frog jumped onto the carriage and the woman was looking at her book, she didn't see that the frog had jumped onto her son's carriage. She took out the milk to give it to her son and the frog opened its mouth, and the cat was watching. It [the cat] was going to grab the frog and it was then that the woman got scared and there was a commotion. The cat ran after the frog and the frog was running away and the baby cried.

El gato le agarró de su pie a la rana, se enojó y le apretó por el suelo. En eso llegaron todos los amigos de la rana y el perro le ladró al gato. El niño también le retó al gato y solo la tortuga estaba ahí. Luego la rana se fué sobre el brazo del niño, y se marchó con él el perro y la tortuga.
The cat grabbed the frog's leg, got angry, and pressed it to the ground. Then all the frog's friends arrived and the dog barked at the cat. The boy also scolded the cat and only the turtle was there. Then the frog left on the boy's arm, and the dog and the turtle went off with him.
