Había dos cerditos que vivían en el Chaco. Un día se perdieron por el camino y se quedaron a comer tuna, escucharon un ruido y se escondieron detrás de la rama de un árbol para que no les lleve el señor. Después sique se escondieron mejor para mirarle a esos señores que venían y tenían más miedo aún.
There were two little piglets that lived in Gran Chaco. One day they got lost on the way and they stayed to eat cactus, they heard a noise and they hid behind a tree branch so the man wouldn't take them away. Then they hid better to watch the men that were coming and they [the piglets] were even more scared.

Escuchaban pues el ruido y pensaban que venían los señores y no sabían en busca de qué venían y ellos tenían miedo. Por eso querían esconderse en el pozo y temblaban, temían que esos señores les llevasen. Luego salieron del pozo y vieron que ya se habían echado todos los árboles. Ellos estaban mirando cómo el señor cortaba el árbol con el hacha y llevaba al camión.
They heard the noise and they thought that the men were coming and they didn't know what they were coming for and they were scared. That's why they wanted to hide in the well and they trembled, they were scared that the men would take them away. Then they left the well and saw that they had already chopped down all the trees. They were watching as the man cut down the tree with the axe and carried it to the truck.

Quedaron llorando, porque se llevaron su casa. Quedaron al lado de un árbol y miraban como se iba el camión, levantaba polvareda e iba lejos y ellos lamentaban eso.
They were left crying, because their home was taken away. They stayed by the side of a tree and watched as the truck left, it lifted up a cloud of dust and it went away and they were sad.
